Focus

Our old garage isn't much to look at.

In fact, some might say it's an eyesore.

Though broken and needy in many ways--I look past it.

There always seems to be something else that catches my eye.

Brilliant !! You are so right -- we can usually find beauty around us,depends on one's focus -- like always seeing the glass half full.

One of our great truths -- much or our world is what WE make (see ??) of it .

The yellow against the blue garage is so striking. I need to take your cue and go out looking for simple beautiful things.
